A: Refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Use within 4 weeks of opening.

**Q: How much should I take daily?**  
A: 1-2 tablespoons daily is recommended for adults. See individual product pages for specific dosing.

**Q: Can I take multiple products together?**  
A: Yes! Our products are designed to complement each other. Many customers take Bay Vitality in the morning and Bay Calm in the evening.

**Q: Are your products safe for pregnant women?**

**Q: Do you test for heavy metals?**  
A: Yes! All our sea moss is third-party lab tested. Results show levels below detection limits.

A: Our sea moss is wild-harvested from pristine Atlantic waters in the Caribbean.

**Q: Are your products vegan?**  
A: Yes! All our sea moss products are 100% vegan. Our kids syrups contain raw honey, so they are vegetarian but not vegan.

A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

**Q: What if my product arrives damaged?**
